ICT 2008: THE FINAL COUNTDOWN...

ICT 2008 starts in less than one week. Some final reminders and last minute information:

NETWORKING SESSIONS BY THEME

A total of 118 networking sessions are scheduled from 25-27th November. The Final daily programme with full details is now published, together with thematic presentation. You can still post comments on networking sessions (you need to be registered).

STUDENT REPORTERS: Students from Lyon and othr area of Europe will report on conference sessions, to discuss with their classmates. Their reports will be posted on the ICT 2008 website.

Plan ahead - create your own personal agenda for ICT 2008

How? On the ICT 2008 website, click on any conference or networking sessions. On the individual session pages, tick the checkbox "add to your agnda". Next time you login to the website (via the 'Interact button' on every page), you will see your own customised agenda for ICT 2008.

ICT 2008 WILL BE PAPERLESS

Remember: no paper guides or programmes this year. You will receive a USB stick with the Event programme and other documentation, which you can browse in your hotel, or anywhere you don't have an internet connection. It also provides additonal web links, for when you are online. And of course, the ICT 2008 website will provide the most complete Event information online and will be regularly updated with news, announcements, photos and webcastings during the Event.

REGISTRATION: Bring your "confirmation of reservation" to the EVENT!
This will speed up onsite registration when you arrive.

REGISTRATION ONLINE CLOSES 20 NOV at 17:00hrs. However, delegates may also register during the event itself, on a day-by-day basis.
